Season 5 is off and running, and there are a lot of exciting things happening. So first let's give a little recap of how Season 4 explosively ended.
The U30 finally confronted Aiho AKA Mayor Winters, in a battle across the city orchestrated by the team's resident telepath, Engels. His ultimate goal was to unlock the various mind wiped members of the U30, while defending himself against Silent Sam. Things didn't end so well...
Drifter was tasked to protecting reporter Zoey Parker, who helped break the news of the Mayor's corruption. In doing so he encountered Rayne and a Ruver Hit Squad, and things didn't end so well...
Elemental squared off against her 'husband', the leader of the alien invasion and current Mayor of the city, Aiho. The battle was epic, and some harmful truths were revealed to Terra's real husband in the process. Things didn't end so well...
Gehenna was held in a trial for her life by her fellow Immortals, until something starts killing off her accuser. Meeting a possible new ally, Gehenna is tasked with finding the Immortal Killer. Things didn't end so well...
Sonus took the battle to the Mayor, but ended up fighting three mind wiped members of his own team; Black Raven, Triple D, and Spire. After the unlock he is able to place Mayor Winters under arrest, only to find that his family has been mind wiped and don't remember him. Thing's didn't end so well...
Hitman is locked in battle with his former protégé Borrow. Now calling himself Talion, he is using his powers in ways he's never imagined, and Hitman is set for the fight of his life. After surviving a 15-story fall, he witnesses Rayne, another pupil, take final action against the Mayor. Things didn't end so well...
