Well, there are a lot of nay-sayers when it comes to the Michael Gondry helmed The Green Hornet, and it's mainly due to the casting of Seth Rogen as Britt Reid/Green Hornet. While I do agree that he doesn't necessarily fit the role of Reid that's in most of our minds from the '60s TV show, butit fits for what they are trying to do with the movie.
So basically a lot of Rogen messing up with Jay Chou (Kato) saving the day. But that's what Seth Rogan excels in, so I am personally excited for this one. I was especially fond of Rogen shooting not only Kato but himself with his signature gas gun.
